Sweet Valley Confidential Website Launches!
The official Sweet Valley Confidential website launched this morning! If you sign up to be a Super Fan, a sneak peak of the first chapter will be emailed to you. I just finished reading it. It’s…interesting. It appears we’re going to catch up with the twins while they’re in the midst of a massive Twin Fight. Also, Bruce Patman is Elizabeth’s best friend. What’s up with that?
Super Fans will also receive alerts about giveaways, polls and other fun things, and I should be able to do some SVC giveaways as we get closer to the release date, March 29, 2011. This is really exciting stuff!

Actually, I’m excited by that…I’ve always kind of shipped Bruce/Liz…and Bruce/Lila…and, heck, Bruce and anyone. I’m a Bruce lover.

When I download the chapter, it asks for a password to unlock – did that happen to anyone else? What is the password?

No, I wasn’t asked for a password. I was emailed a link to a .pdf file and I was able to just read it there in my browser. If you can’t get it to work, send me an email at shannon@shannonsweetvalley.com and I’ll send you the .pdf file itself.

I also found it weird that when Liz tells people she’s from California, they assume she’s from LA. Like, hello, San Francisco? San Diego? Other well known CA cities that aren’t LA?

Huah? Bruce Patman is Elizabeth’s best friend? What happened to him and Lila on Sweet Valley University? Shoot, I even married Bruce and Lila and they got a 4-year old little girl named Ellie, and they both own the biggest Conglomerate company in Tokyo, Japan, where the next Sweet Valley has been built in a Japan sector. Liz and Jessica are having a ‘twin fight?’ Is is about who gets the Katy Perry ticket for Hot and Cold?
Biggest mistake: Killing Regina Morrow as she and Bruce should’ve bene the ones to be together. Thank goodness my 2010-2012 version of Sweet Valley makes corrections, but job has been keeping me busy with work cuttbacks and more hours for me.
